The Polycystic Kidney Disease research group is headed by Dr. Dorien J.M. Peters and Prof. Dr. Martijn H. Breuning. The main aims of our research are the characterization and  functional analysis of genes involved in the pathophysiology of  Polycystic Kidney Disease using genetic, cellular and transgenic mouse model approaches.
