In
the last years we generated several transgenic mouse models by
introduction of 4qter genomic fragments in the mouse genome. At this
moment, a total of 17 transgenic lines are available, covering
approximately 200 kb of 4qter. These lines are currently being studied
for their phenotype and expression of the transgenes. (More
